What is JobTreffer? JobTreffer offers a scientifically based matching tool, which compares expectations of employers and applicants or of managers and new employees during onboarding. This screening is based on a questionnaire, which was created by psychologists and increases transparency and efficiency in HR processes. In addition, JobTreffer significantly reduces short-term staff turnover and makes recruiting more unbiased.Ways to use JobTrefferCreate dedicated JobTreffer profiles for applications. Team manager has to fill in a questionnaire to capture expectations for team, culture, leader and role fit.Generate an invitation link to the questionnaire and send it to all incoming applicants. The JobTreffer matching process automatically compares yours and the candidates expectations and uses this to create the “JobTreffer Score".JobTreffer also provides a summary of questions and an interview guide containing a specific set of questions to discuss with the applicant. ‍Tellent Recruitee + JobTreffer =‍Incorporate JobTreffer questionnaires into your recruitement workflow in Tellent Recruitee.Save time and focus by viewing JobTreffer Matching Score directly in the candidate profile in Tellent Recruitee.
